Our Standard RoofBoots feature a flexible square base designed to form a seal on almost any panel configuration and roof pitch, regardless of the pipe location or type of roofing surfaces (including metal, plastic, tile, and more). A 20-year warranty is standard, and a 35-year warranty is available on black EPDM standard RoofBoots (the first ICC-listed flashing for the metal building industry with a 35-year warranty). RoofBoots’ sleeve flexibility absorbs vibration and pipe movement caused by expansion/contraction while the durable materials provide maximum resistance to ozone weathering

How To Install

Installing Marco RoofBoots is quick and easy. And customizing the fit is simple. Just follow the steps below.

Step 1

Choose the pipe opening and trim the sleeve.

Step 2

Apply Marco’s Weather-Tite™ Metal Roof Sealant, slide the boot over the pipe and form to the roof profile.

Step 3

Secure to the roof with Marco QuikGrip™ or QuikDrill™ fasteners to complete the installation.
