X-Seal™

X-Seal expands from 1/4” to 1” and from 3/8” to 1 1/2”, allowing it to fill any shaped gap in the construction of metal buildings, doors and windows, concrete, wood, and more. It is adaptable to most roof panels, including hips and valleys. Highly resistant to bugs and vermin, X-Seal maintains its seal in heat and cold and will not leach out or stain.

How To Install

X-Seal comes compressed at just 1/4 inch on an easy-to-handle roll.

Step 1

Cut the desired length of X-Seal.

Step 2

Place X-Seal into the gap opening—even one with irregular hips and valleys—and remove the protective release paper.

Step 3

X-Seal slowly expand up to 1″ to completely fill and seal the gap.
