Formulated to outperform silicones, tri-polymers, and polyurethanes, Marco’s Weather-Tite Metal Roof Sealant provides a waterproof seal against water, wind, dust, dirt, or other filtrations. Available in more than 14 standard colors, it is tack-free in 45 minutes and is completely paintable (excluding translucent). This eco-friendly MS polymer sealant adheres to almost any common building substrate or material and features chemical curing of <1% VOC.

How To Install

Marco’s Weather-Tite Metal Roof Sealant comes in a variety of colors and goes on easily. If touch-ups are necessary, it may be painted (excluding translucent) with a water-based paint after one hour after application.

Step 1

Make sure the surface is completely free of oil, grease, foreign material, contaminants, water repellents, form oils, and laitance.

Step 2

Remove tube, locate separate applicator tip, and cut off dispenser end. Tool sealant in one continuous stroke.

Step 3

Dry-wipe excess sealant from surfaces while still uncured. Excess sealant smears may be removed with a VOC-friendly solvent or cleaner.
